PROVISIONS OF INTERNATIONAL AIR FARES

    b. Freight of weight cut-off points (code Q)

    CAAC establishment three weight cut-off points as 45 kg, 100 kg, 300 kg to amount freight.

    2． Level Transport Freight (Code S)

    Urgent, biological products, rare plants and plant products, live animals, ashes, coffins, fresh perishable goods, valuables, firearms, ammunition, escort implementation level goods and other special cargo take level transport freight, and charge as the 150% of the basic freight.

     3． The Designated Goods Freight (Code C)

    For some high-volume, seasonal, low unit value goods, airlines can apply for the designated goods freight.

    4． Minimum Freight(Code M)

    The Minimum freight of per package of air cargo domestic transportation is 30 yuan

     5． Container Transport Freight

     Takeing container or container board as a cargo transport unit may apply for container transport freight

    Second, using rules of the domestic air cargo freight

    1． Direct cargo freight take priority of the freight composed by adding section

    2． The Designated Goods Freight take priority of level transport freight and normal transport freight.

    3． Level transport freight take priority of normal transport freight.

    Third, the accounting rule of domestic air cargo freight.

     1．Freight is account YUAN as unit, below YUAN is around.

     2．Minimum freight, take the higher comparison with weight freight and minimum freight.

     3．Take the lower complaining with weight freight and freight of weight cut-off points

     4．Adding section freight do not consider the actual route, and take the lower in adding freight of cut-off points.

     Fourth, the mail freight of domestic air

    The normal mail freight is account as normal cargo freight, and express mail freight is account as 151%of normal cargo freight.
